A truly satisfied tarpon Fishing client with a monster tarpon caught while fishing in Boca Grande Pass. The tarpon was caught jig fishing on a med light 7' rod a 30lb class reel loaded with 40lb mono fishing line.

Another tarpon caught in Boca Grande Pass Fishing with light tackle for the ultimate in sport fishing. All tarpon charters are catch and release only. We take the time after a quick photo and measurements to revive all tarpon caught to insure a healthy release.

This tarpon was caught fishing in Pine Island Sound between Fort Myers and Sanibel near Captiva fishing with a 8' med light spinning rod with a 20 lb class reel and braided  fishing line. These tarpon can be on the smaller size but the average is still around 100 lbs

These fish can be found roaming our backcountry flats and bays year round with many species spawning in the area at various times of the year.
